Scope of services

The process model for assessing organizational resilience is a free online tool for selecting, designing, configuring and implementing improvement measures for companies in the textile industry with a focus on value creation. It enables companies in the textile industry to take a consistent and efficient approach to improving their resilience.

Use of the process model

The use of the process model lies in the sole responsibility of the user

The DITF reserve the right to change, supplement or delete the process model without prior notice or to suspend it temporarily or permanently.

Obligations of the user

It is the sole responsibility of the user to evaluate the results generated on the basis of the user input. The DITF have no control over it and no monitoring obligations.

Users are prohibited from taking any measures that are likely to restrict or interrupt the operation of the process model, in particular the circumvention of security measures, the spread of viruses or other malware or the automated interception of data.

Liability

The DITF shall only be liable for damages, regardless of the legal grounds, in the event of gross negligence or intent, in the event of injury to life and limb or in the event of liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). Any further liability on the part of the DITF, in particular for ordinary negligence, shall be excluded. The DITF accept no liability whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness and data actuality.

Miscellaneous

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be determined by the registered office of the DITF, currently 73770 Denkendorf, Germany.
